My shin bone area is hard surface both legs pain is not swelling in my legs in xray is normal please say any kind of treatment

It can be due  low vit d and calcium level and vit b12 Get your self tested  for above three things And visit local Orthopaedic docotr or cosult us for further Medication after test. Even if calcium normal kindly take both supplement for vit d and calcium

Give rest and mild painkillers like Zerodol P, as required. If it continues get a xray and basic blood tests. It is advisable to see ur legs clinically before deciding anything.
