Hello dear u should include the food which is rich in vitamin D ,Vitamin b12,omega 3 fatty acids like canola oil, flaxseed,dried beans, legumes,green leafy vegetables , soya and it's products.it is best to include multivitamins in the diet like zevit ,A to z etc
