Hi, I have been trying to get pregnant, consulted a gynaecologist and as i might not have been ovulating so she gave me letroz 2.5, this is my 2nd cycle with letroz. I was tracking my expected ovulation dates with an app, and on my most fertile day i had unprotected intercourse. A day after that i suddenly had a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen, not exactly like cramp and it lasted for some time and faded away. A few days later i had a similar feeling but the pain was mild. My periods date is still 5 days away. I am also not sure why the pain occurred. Should i consult my doctor or is it not serious. Can anybody help me? Why did i have that pain?
