After Masterbation i always have the same sexual feelings, pls tell me reduce to such feelings I didn't like to masterbate!

Many people feel guilty after masturbating, this is because of the myths surrounding it. The fact is that masturbation is a healthy and harmless activity with no long term effects on physical or sexual health. Howsoever if there are any other concerns meet a therapist.
