Severe Tooth ache

Severe Tooth ache and sensitivity on the premolar on both the jaw at left side. He is not able to eat or drink anything cold or hot. He had tried many tooth paste but not get relief.As due to tobacco chewing most of the teeth are weakened. Please advice that what should be done?

hello you need to visit the dentist and get it checked.get an x-ray done.if there is a cavity get it filled.if there is infection to root of tooth get it treated.and then place crown over it.get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months. brush twice daily, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
