I m having severe tooth ache since yesterday tried clove oil, Colgate pain relief, nicip tablet combiflam also

Clove oil will give you just temporary relief...it is highly recommended to get treatment for concerned tooth before problem aggrevates

Your toothache is indicated the grossly carious, which involves the pulp of teeth and the treatment plan is root canal treatment. Please sleep on opposite side of face. Hot fomentation is strictly prohibited. For relief from pain, to take potent pain killers like ketorol dt or Dolonex-dt 2tab for (24hrly) dissolve in water and drink..
Next Steps
X-ray should be taken and go to dentist & consult them for root canal treatment.
