So the tendon is injured because of repetitive strain it get on it .but not everyone gets it on doing the same pattern of work or exercises.many time the restriction or strain in the other part of the body is reflected on the muscle or tendon which he injured, one has to find out the source of tendon which is causing the extra strain on ur elbow.
