I understand it must be extremely difficult for you to deal with this constantly. Considering you have been dealing with this for a really long time and medication really helped you with it. Since the doctor has now taken you off the medication, it can be tough to deal with. I would suggest that you also work on taking therapy to understand what are your triggers and what is the causal factor behind it.
In the long-term, it would be recommended that you try to understand and deal with the root cause of the problem and develop coping skills so that you can live more peaceful life and not be in the state of anxiety of having a panic attack. And for this, you should consult a psychologist, start the process of therapy for yourself so that you learn to deal with the triggers and overcome the anxiety.
