Severe pain in neck bone and lower back
Iam having severe pain in neck bone backside abd lower back pain too iam also suffering from migraine and under tablet naxdom 500 mg which i take when only iam not able to control headache.
Wanted to know is the bone problem and joint psins due to this...consulted orthopaedic doctor but no use.
Not able control the neck pain as the pain is ferting passed on to shoulder and back also. Any doctors un Fortis bannerghatta road to address this.

--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
