Hello friend As you are being diagnosed with pivd and was under medication for few days. Medication gives temporary relief. Pain in both the legs shows bilateral nerve compression which needs to be taken care of with proper physiotherapy modalities and exercises for which you need to visit neuro physiotherapist so as the treatment is given carefully and safely.

Pain in both the legs indicates pressure on the nerves supplying the legs.It is not to be taken lightly.consult a Spine Specialist. You may need some medication to settle the nerve irritation and if that does not work may need to think of Spine injections or Keyhole disc surgery depending on the severity of symptoms.

Do get your vit. D3 checked. Also avoid sitting down, bending forward and lifting heavy weights. Consult personally with a physiotherapist.
