I am suffering from severe neck pain , unable to sit once lie down and vice versa, it been more than 10 days i m having it.

Hello, locally apply rhuma oil with light masage.hot water bag to locally apply. Adv X-ray cervical spine AP and Lat view. Consult an orthopedic surgeon. Till than tab PARACETAMOL500 eight hourly after food. Ok.
