Four days back I played badminton after a very long time (4/5 years). Since next day morning, my lower back is painting like he'll. I can't even stand or sit for long time. The pain isn't subsiding despite waiting for 3 days. Please advise what is the issue and next steps. Good doctors around Chembur?
