Severe Jaw pain and swelling.

I am having a pain in my jaw at both the sides. For one month but now its getting severe. I have attached photos of the paining spot. Also the 3rd molar on both side pains when pressed down with upper molar. Sensitivity on drinking cold stuff. The pain is severe on left side where there is a gum flap on the 3rd molar. And feeling of some swelling as well at the paining spot. Both the 3rd molar have black and yellow spots on them. What can it be I am a smoker as well. Please help. I have attached photo of 3rd molar and pain area. Please help

Hello sir... pain is due to caries of the 3 rd molar teeth in which it reaches inner layer of teeth that causes radiating pain on your jaws... As it is the 3 rd molar teeth you need to extract the teeth followed by analgesics and antibiotics....

your wisdom tooth(3 molar )is not completely erupted in oral cavity.visit dentist he/she will take xray of your tooth.you might need removal of this tooth as well.but decision will be taken after xray of tooth.
