DEAR SIR / MADAM, I AM FACING SEVERE INDIGESTION AND NOT ABLE TO PASS STOOL SINCE 2 DAYS, AND HAVING RECURRING STOMACH ACHE WHICH IS UNBEARABLE . I FEEL LIKE MOTION EVERYTIME BUT NOT ABLE TO & YES FEELING DROWSY TOO. THE MEDICATION WHAT I HAVE TAKEN TILL NOW IS: ATTACHED WITH THIS , PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO
