Yesterday whole day I was feeling like something is stuck in throat. At night I was feeling uneasy. I vomited once and then I was feeling chill. I took a febrex plus and an omez Today Since morning I have severe headache. I feel chills sometimes only. Took an omez today as well. Please suggest some medicine. Also tell root cause of it

Looks like an effect of cold with viral infection. Please save yourself from exposure to cold. In addition you may take Paracetamol 500 mg twice a day and L cetrizine 5 mg, one tablet at night.
