Suffering from severe gastritis pain from three hours. Haven't passed stools in a while and vomitted once. Please could you prescribe some medicine, since it's not possible for me to visit any doctor  at the moment.

Hi., I can understand your concern. You can take tab gelusil 3 times a day after Tab razo d once a day before food for 5 days Tab drotin 40 mg twice a day after food for 2 days.
