Which is the best medicine to manage severe fatigue caused by sleep apnea? I've been using CPAP since 4 years but still struggling with constant sleepiness, tiredness and lack of energy. I have consulted sleep experts, psychiatrist, ent  but none helped to combat my fatigue. I have tried Modafinil and Armodafinil, which have helped me, but I experience a worsening slump effect once the medication wears off.
