Hello Mam Thanks for seeking help here. As you mentioned mam he is in sever depression and he is not ready to accept it. Does it mean he is refusing medication and hospitalization. Sometime patient don't have insight into their illness that's very common in our patients. So we need to deal with care. Just make him agree for a normal consultation. His privacy will be maintained.
