Getting severe breast pain on the left side .. it gets very painful should keep massaging then feel little better. Why is it happening? What are the possible reasons?

Hello possible cause like menopausal changes related to breast...abscess....mastitis should be ruled out mammography can be done to rule out any other pathologies consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps to solve your problem.
