Severe body pain

After my hernia surgery 5 months ago, i m having issues like severe body pain, unable to walk and stand up from sitting without making noise, feeling like a 100 year old when walking, pain in lower body, legs, knees, not sure whether this is flesh pain or bones pain, please advice, not sure which doctor to consult
