Severe back problem

Dear Sir, My wife facing severe back after her child birth. Approximate 2 years. The pain is severe and some time she is not able to bend also. Can you please suggest for an exary or any kind of medicine for early relief. Thanks

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

U haven’t said the reason for back Becoz ur saying it is since two years whether did she had any fall or injury to the back which make her hurt or if so she is obese after child birth then doing work at home will be a problem for female kindly do give hot fermentation for the back and try to avoid lifting heavy object it may be a mechanical pain only so u can apply any gel for the time being if these thing doesn’t work out then visit a doctor for the consultation

Physiotheraphy and back muscle strengthening exercises are main treatment. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
