  4. Severe back pain. Relief. please help.

Severe back pain

My mother is suffering from severe pain on backside i.e shoulder and areas below neck since 1 month. She did few tests including thyroid but everything seems normal except ESR which is 100. I am not sure the pain is because of the high ESR but even after taking medication there is not even 1% relief. Please help.
