  3. Severe back pain. For this condition?

Severe back pain.

Annular disc bulge at C5-C6,C6-C7 levels and posterocentral disc extrusion at C4-C5 level both of these are causing indentation of ventral thecal sac. Also sacralization of the L5 vertebra. What treatment can I take? Suffering from severe back ache for a more than a month. Unable to do everyday things. Even taking a pain killer doesn't work. What treatment can I take for this condition? Please do help
