There are lots of reasons for headache If you get it only in summer,it may due to dehydration and hypoglycemia

1) As for as possible avoid outdoors in summer 2) take plenty of oral fluids 3) wear cotton clothes 4) avoid spicy foods and non veg also, because it absorb lot of water from inside

Please drink plenty of water before going to outside in summer and if you have headache is worsen in bright light you should have migrane .So please concern your family doctor.
