Sensitive pain in my one tooth

I have pain in my left tooth from last one month. Not able to eat from left side as pain only shows up when I try to chew something from left side.

You need to take an x-ray of that particular tooth and then only the diagnosis can be confirmed... If x-ray reveals that there is an infection or decay which is deep, then root canal treatment need to be done with a capping over the tooth... Before the treatment take prophylactic antibiotics...
