I keep having irritation , eczema around scrotum area . The problem is since several decades. Have consulates many Dermotologist. It subsides but reoccurs . Please advise OTC medicines / lotion

Good evening , irritation and itching around the scrotum can occur due to a number of causes such as allergies, yeast infection or just irritation from your clothes rubbing the area. Do you use a diaper ? A detailed history and picutres can help tailor the treatment.

At the outset, i would suggest keeping the area clean and dry. Wear loose clothes and dont use harsh soaps. Use white clean underwear
