In 2018 I had slip disc problem .It was recovered but since yesterday I am facing same problem.I am having severe back pain.Kindly suggest some medicine for pain relief till the time I take appointment with a doctor.

Till the time u can secure an appointment with a doctor Take complete rest / as much as possible No heavy work or lifting objects Use a gel (pain reliving) on back and take some heat Take a pain killer (paracetamol being the mildest n safest of the lot) In these times it’s difficult to step out so take a tele / video consult as it has been allowed and get going If u share your old records I will be able to help u more
