Sciatic nerve pain

Hi. I delivered a baby boy and he is 4 months old. During my pregnancy and even after the normal delivery I am not able to sleep on my left. I am experiencing pain in my buttoks, thighs and the calf muscels. Is it due to Sciatic nerve disorder? Is it common after delivery?

• Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
