Scalp looks dry and flakes& hepatomegaly

Scalp looks dry , dandruff and flakes.itched while taking oil bath with shikakai. After shaved my head it looks flakes half of head.Later couple of days applying oil ,that all particular places changes to pale white/red patches colored. After visited doctor prescribed a Clobetasol proportionate genatamicin(0.05,0.1%) and kenzol (ketoconazole zinc pyrithione) shampoo for 1 month. Is it safe to use this medicine without side effects of having Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty infiltration. Is there any link between these two?
