I have been smoking for 3 years now and have finally been able to quit since 3 months. My teeth have become dark due to collection of tartar. Will scaling treatment be a permanent solution for my teeth and gums ?

Yes scaling is only the best option with maintenance of oral hygiene ... Avoid all ciggeretes and tobacco chewing habits or pan leaf chewing habit which is never recommended...
