Hello! One of my friend is doing salt water gargle every day. He has a little bit doubt that is regular sodium intake good for health? Like as he do this everyday. So it it okay or he should do it 2-3 times a week??

Hello. If your friend's oral health is absolutely fine , then it is not mandatory to continue luke warm saline gurgle. But if there is any kind of pain or any discomfort , better to consult with a dentist .
