I feel good and less dull and weak generally and it shows on my face. A friend once suggested I take  I'm Saline solution. I scoop a spoonful of salt into a cup of water. Shortly after that, my boss commented the dullness around my face is gone.  I stopped taking it after a while cause I fear it could lead to some health complications. Please I really want to know, what kind of medical condition could I possibly have?
