So today I cleaned something and a rustic metal made a little cut on my palm do i need tetanus injection for this

It's always  better to take  vaccine  as u get cut fr high rusty sheet. So one dose of tt advisable. Clean the wound with  antiseptic lotion.

Better to take tetanus vaccine. Clean the injured site with some antiseptic solution and apply povidone ointment over it.
