My son from yesterday night Runny nose and feeling uncomfortable. Should i give 2.5 ml of this syrup as doctor given. His age 1 year and weight 8.6 kg. Attached photo

I would recommend to use nasal drops before using syrups..even if after using nasal drops child is uncomfortable u can use syrup..Rather than using combination syrup its better to use plain levocetrizeine syrup...
