I am suffering from cold and headache from last, 2days no fever. I have running noise sneezing Often and wattery eyes . Please advice what it can be

Start with steam inhalation, gargles betadine 3 times a day, montair lc before sleep, wycoril tablet. Can consult me privately for proper management and prescription as duration and dosage will be prescribed after asking more details
