While running i got side knee pain ..not exactly the knee sideways ..so i consulted orthopedician and he just gave me calcium tablets.and he siad there is no problem in x ray.(i experience pain only when running and very little while walking and negligible when im at rest)..it past for a month but no results ...then yesterday i went to another orthopedician and he said it is RUNNERS KNEE and suggested me to do some exercise by seeing in youtube....so i request you to help with that exercises
