If doctors are saying periods may remove rpoc than why they suggest dnc .. they can also suggest tablet for periods so that remaining tissue will come out.. And I think it's a valid point that come in my mind

Probably the interpretation of the information provided to you is a bit confusing.Periods is shedding of the inner lining of your uterus because of failure to conceive .when we talk about RPOC it does get expelled by the forceful contractions induced by certain medications used for MTP .However like everything else medical management has a failure rate between 10-40%. depending on various factors like Period if gestation,previous uterine scarring previous d&c ,fibroids etc.so if u had any of these RPOC will not get expelled and in the long run lead to bleeding,infection AV malformation..etc
