Sir, after 6 months it is safe to undergo dental treatments. Please take an OPG  x ray to proceed with . RCT is completely safe.

It depends on the proximity of the tooth to the plates. Consult a maxillofacial surgeon and show them your X-ray. Sometimes if the infection is severe it causes derangement of the plates as well, due to boneloss. The surgeon will take the call after viewing your full mouth X ray if the RCT/extraction is safe to be done or the plates need to be removed first.
