Hi .I have done root canal for one toothlong back.8 years back .now I have pain in that tooth .now after x-ray doctor says it has infections.what should be the way for treatment now

Hello, first of all a radiograph of that tooth has to be taken for better treatment option. After that according to radiographic findings, proper antibiotic coverage has to be followed.Then only it would be decided for re- RCT.
