hello maam, since you have undergone treatment for your underbite, root canal would not affect its result. So no need to worry, you can go ahead with your treatment.
Next Steps
continue your treatment.

Yes, by given crown over your teeth will increase your vertical hight of mouth. So your underbite can be corrected by that procedure.
Next Steps
if possible get it corrected by orthodontics treatment.

Hi. Thank you for the query. Underbite is something which needs an Orthodontic approach more than an Endodontic one (Root Canal & Crown). However, if the teeth in question have undergone damage already (either by attrition or breakage) then opting for RCT & Crown would be advised. If the teeth are not damaged or affected, kindly consult an Orthodontist for this. There are many treatment modalities in Orthodontics which can address this ensuring longevity of the treatment, not just a temp solution. Alternatively, please visit Oraliah Dental Clinics, for a thorough consult with our Orthodontist and treatment plan.
Next Steps
Follow up with your dentist. Ask if this is the only approach and if this can be corrected Orthodontically.
