Might b any extra canal missing which is to b cleaned and filled.or the canals filled are not cleaned till apex or tip end

You might be having pain because of 2reasons, 1.high point of occulsion on the permanent filling Or 2.postoperative pain after rct due to healing of PDL fibres So, it requires clinical examination & investigations like bite test ,& IOPA with respective tooth and adjacent tooth.

If it's paining then you will have to get it checked asap. A CBCT scan of the tooth comes in very handy in such cases. Whr ycan pin point the issue. Regards Dr Akash S Bhandari

Hello , There are many reason for tooth pain during root canal or after process . 1.1stly need to check x ray is there any canal that has been remained for Cleaning? 2. Is there any high points ? 3. Any lateral or accessory canals remain for Cleaning?  Is it the same tooth that is giving pain for any other tooth also affected ?? Etc.
