Hi, i had a root canal on wendsday and 10 days before wisdom tooth extraction. The position was right down. Both went ok till tonight i saw a little abscess-shaped thing on the root of my root chanal tooth, which was next to the wisdom tooth. I feel no pain and no fever and taking no medicine right now. Hello , generally post root canal treatment pig done properly there won't be any abscess or swelling associated with that tooth , however you have also undergone extraction of your wisdom tooth so the swelling might be due to the surgical extraction of wisdom tooth however it's a good idea to visit the dentist and find it out in the mean while do salt water warm rinses ..!
