Your current medications are appropriate, but persistent high BP, elevated triglycerides (500 mg/dL), and weight gain suggest that lifestyle factors are overpowering your medication effects. The right-sided headache may be related to uncontrolled blood pressure or stress-related tension headache, but secondary causes should also be considered.
Next Steps
✅ Next Steps: Please consult me online @ practo for a full history /review. You may need adjustment of antihypertensives or lipid-lowering medications. Consider a brain scan (CT/MRI) if headaches persist or worsen.
Health Tips
Target weight loss: even 5–10% reduction can significantly lower BP and triglycerides. Strict low-carb, low-fat diet. Use plate method: 50% vegetables, 25% protein, 25% whole grain. Avoid alcohol and smoking if applicable. Word of Caution: Uncontrolled BP and high triglycerides increase long-term risk for stroke, heart attack, and fatty liver. Please do not delay medical review.
