The description suggests a problem related to the back. Since you are only 26 years old you should try to get it treated by Vitamin and Calcium supplements and by exercises for the back. I suggest, after all these investigations you should consult an Orthopedic surgeon in your area with a specific advice regarding the role of Yoga for Back exercises for this problem.

To exclude any lung problem,  get X ray chest and contrast c.t. chest done. Avoid bending from neck, back and sidewards bending. Get serum calcium and vit d3 levels tested,  if needed take supplements.

At present, the pain appears spine-related, not lung-related. A CT chest is not the first choice. A thoracic spine MRI + clinical evaluation would be more appropriate.
