Hi i m 30 years old my right knee is paining sometimes while climbing stairs i guess its little swollen too what should i do

It can be early osteoarthritis. Please visit a pain physician with X ray Knee bilateral AP standing. Meanwhile you can have any over the counter painkiller to ease the pain but don't make it a habit and treat the cause immediately. Exercise will help once the pain is down.
