The shape of your femoral head looks slightly oblong and not like the normal round.. What are the symptoms you are having? Difficulty in squatting, sitting crossed legged?

Severe hip pain can be a concerning symptom and can affect daily activities. There are several possible causes of hip pain, ranging from minor injuries to more serious conditions. It is important to have a proper evaluation by a doctor to determine the cause and best course of treatment. Common causes of hip pain include osteoarthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, hip fracture, and sciatica. Osteoarthritis is a common condition that causes wear and tear on the joints, leading to pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion. Bursitis is an inflammation of the fluid-filled sacs that cushion the joints, causing pain and swelling. Tendinitis is an inflammation of the tendons, which can cause pain and weakness. Hip fractures are usually the result of a fall or trauma and can cause severe pain, swelling, and difficulty moving. Sciatica is a condition caused by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve, which can cause pain that radiates down the leg from the hip.
