Hi, take the antibiotic  Augmentin for about 5 days twice a day and apply stolin gum astringent on the affected area.Do not drink Or eat after application for about 10 min. Swelling will subside. Take a radiograph of the affected area and send it to me and will let you about the condition of that region. Thank you. Please let me know.
