Right breast Pain

I am a breastfeeding mother and my right breast is paining since yesterday. Initially thought my breast is engorged, but even after feeding the baby it is the same. Breast appears to be hard and always discharging water. Kindly advise

It could be a case of breast abscess. That's the commonest problem during lactation. Please consult with your Gynaecologist for a physical examination and further management
