This is not due to posture or lack of exercises. This is polyarthritis, can be rheumatoid or ankylosing spondylitis. This can exacerbate in rainy season, cold weather or sleeping/sitting under the Fan/AC. Need thorough clinical evaluation and proper lab investigations to decide nature and severity of disease.
