Hi I have hypo thyroid, and i am having difficulty in loosing weight. Can you please tell me what can be helpful. I am taking thyroid 100 mg and my tsh level is fine. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. that's why i am trying hard to loose weight. Please advise.
